What this isâand is not
This is a paid strategic design consultation, not a sales call. It gives you direct, project-specific architectural advice at the point when it can make the biggest difference.
It does not include full design documentation, consultant coordination, approvals, detailed selections, visualisations or builder-ready drawings. These can be scoped separately if they are the right next step for your project.

Barbara Busina is the Founder and Principal Architect of Residential Studio, a NSW Registered Architect (No. 12380) with more than 15 yearsâ experience creating homes that are beautiful, practical, healthy and sustainable.
