Residential Studio is a Lake Macquarie architecture and interior design practice creating thoughtful new homes, major renovations and interiors for real family life.
We bring together practical planning, natural light, landscape and healthy, sustainable design to create homes that feel beautiful, comfortable and genuinely enjoyable to live in.
Alongside our built and current work, we share architectural concepts, project visualisations, material palettes and design inspiration, helping clients see the possibilities for their own homes and better understand the design journey.
Led by NSW Registered Architect Barbara Busina, Residential Studio offers an experienced, personal and director-led approach from the first idea through design, approvals and detailed documentation.
Based on Awabakal Country in Lake Macquarie, working across Newcastle, the Hunter, Central Coast, Port Stephens, Nelson Bay and Sydney.
