- Tell us about your project. Complete the consultation form and share your goals, priorities and any useful plans or photos.
- Choose your time. Follow the calendar link beneath the form to select an available two-hour appointment.
- Pay and confirm. Complete the $900 payment through Stripe to confirm your booking. Your meeting details will arrive by email.

No. Share whatever you have: real-estate drawings, photos, sketches, inspiration or simply your ideas. Think about your three most important questions and an approximate budget so we can focus the session.
Yes. Bring architectural or builder plans, sketches or AI-generated concepts. We can discuss what works, what needs attention and which ideas are worth developing further.
Yes. We can explore broad design opportunities and identify questions to investigate. The consultation provides early architectural guidance; formal due diligence, planning advice, surveys and specialist reports are separate.
Your consultation includes a written summary, preliminary design direction and recommendations. Detailed design, approval applications, consultant coordination, visualisations and builder-ready drawings are separate services. Any approval pathway discussed will need to be checked for your specific project.
No. This is a standalone consultation. If you would like help with the next stage, Residential Studio can prepare a separate proposal for your project.
