How to use this template
Use this dashboard as one calm place to organise your home project.
- Start with 01 — Project brief and write down your goals, priorities, must-haves and nice-to-haves.
- Add your budget notes in 02 — Budget, including your comfortable budget, upper limit and items that may be staged later.
- Upload or list your property information in 03 — Site information, including surveys, existing plans, council documents and site constraints.
- Use 04 — Consultant contacts to keep your architect, builder, certifier and consultants together.
- Track approvals, questions, meeting notes, decisions and action items as the project progresses.
- Use the project stages to see where your project is up to, from enquiry through to completion.
You do not need to fill everything in at once. Add information as you find it, and update the dashboard before each meeting so your project information stays clear and easy to find.
