Residential Studio is an architecture practice led by registered architect Barbara Busina, supported by a collaborative team of designers and consultants.

With more than 15 years of architectural experience, Barbara brings a practical and highly personal approach to residential design, understanding how a home needs to operate, how families live and how those needs evolve over time.

We work closely with our clients to develop an evolving design brief, balancing lifestyle, site, budget and practical requirements with a strong architectural concept.

Our approach is friendly and collaborative. We use clear drawings, 3D modelling and visualisation to make the design process easy to understand and help clients make confident decisions along the way.

The aim is simple: practical solutions, thoughtful architecture and a beautiful home that works for the people who live there.
