Initial concept
An evolving visual art series exploring a distinctly Australian way of living through contemporary architecture, native landscape, surrealism and AI assisted visual storytelling.
The work is not presented as built architecture. It is a creative research space for testing atmosphere, materials, landscape relationships and new ways of living.
Creative direction
Core feeling: Sophisticated, dreamlike, calm, transportive and unmistakably Australian.
Residential Studio palette: Warm chalk, pale limestone, sandstone, eucalyptus grey green, muted olive, honey timber and restrained charcoal.
New lakeside colour direction: Vivid Lake Macquarie cobalt sky and deep teal blue water, balanced with warm stone and native planting.
Visual language: Abstract architectural forms, floating planes, curved roof ribbons, sculptural stairs, circular voids, reflective water, surreal scale and layered landscape.

Eucalyptus Courtyard
A warm sandstone courtyard opening to eucalyptus landscape, with sculptural kangaroos and a refined Australian material palette.
Coastal Escarpment Pavilion
A coastal pavilion framed by monumental limestone geometry, native banksias and a sculptural cockatoo.
Bush Library House
An immersive olive toned library surrounded by oversized banksias, waratahs, eucalyptus and black cockatoos.
Lakeside Coastal House
A contemporary home between lake and coast, using abstract planes, curved roof forms, reflective water, a jetty and black swans.
Blue Lake Courtyard Islands
Pale limestone pavilions and native garden islands floating within saturated Lake Macquarie blue water.
Cliff Ribbon House
A horizontal coastal home shaped by a folding ribbon roof, sandstone edge, clear blue water and a long jetty.
Lake Room Without Walls
An open lakeside dwelling composed of hovering roof discs, freestanding stone planes, thin columns and water flowing visually through the rooms.
Positioning statement
Residential Studio combines architectural expertise with AI assisted visual storytelling to explore homes, materials and new ways of living.
Publishing idea
Launch the first three images as a carousel titled Australian Dreamscapes, Study 01. Follow with individual posts that explain the architectural or landscape idea behind each work.
Always state clearly that the images are conceptual artworks and not built projects.
